Our hosting servers are set-up with a multiple server architecture with failover to maximise the performance and eliminate prolonged downtime.
The diagram below illustrates a conceptual set-up of the multiple server architecture with failover.
 In the above diagram, the servers A and B distribute the load across multiple servers to improve performance. All data, for example, web, email, databases are mirrored (replicated) in real-time between the two servers. If the server B fails, the failover application will route all web traffic to the next available server A, thus by keeping the websites and the hosted web applications online until a solution be found and rectified.
